Scotch Blue featured my projects

My projects have been shared on Scotch Blue's Pinterest and Facebook pages. I am thrilled!

This chandelier transformation was a project I completed over summer last year. There was no initial plan for it. It evolved gradually.

For more details on this fun project go here and here.

Scotch Blue also shared my dining room stencil work. I had used a ton of tape to hold up the stencils as I worked on this elaborate and intricate pattern around the entire dining room.

I have not revealed the entire dining room as yet - it is still a work in progress in terms of window dressings, artwork and so on.

To read more about the dining room go here and here.

I rely a lot on this great painter's tape for a number of different projects. Do you use Scotch Blue?

  1. Beautiful chandy reinvention Lisa ... congrats on the well deserved feature by Scotch Blue :) I had not seen your lovely chandy project previously, Em is a lucky little girl to have that perfect light fixture. I just love how the light reminds me of lotus blossoms and how you fully integrate every part of the light into your iterative design; its almost a "sculpture"! And how wonderful that each of your design choices also solved problems with the fixture. Pinning.

  2. How fun! I can't wait to read more about your unique!

  3. Amazing job on your chandelier, Lisa! Your vision and beautiful details couldn't be more charming for your daughter's room!

  4. Loving that stencil work! Good stuff. Great to see a Westchester-based decorator on the blogging scene. I lived and worked there for years before moving to Miami 12 years ago.

  5. Scotch is a very excellent manufacturer in the United States. Has been used in many areas in Japan. Scotch tape will also present on my desk.

  6. Congrats on both features, Lisa. Well deserved. Both are great projects so I am not surprised!

Thanks for your kind words on my bedroom!
