This week a lot of us will see much red, white and blue as we celebrate the 4th of July holiday. Many of us have decorated and will decorate as is traditional to commemorate Independence Day.
Today, I have chosen to share with you some red, white and blue inspiration. Clearly, this classic color scheme works in various permutations and combinations, is popular, and can be incorporated in different design styles throughout the year, indoors and outdoors.

I totally got lost in these beautiful images! I have coveted the little blue silk chair in the 5th image for as long as I could remember!
ReplyDeleteThere is something about red, white and blue that is so crisp and classic, isn't there? I love the combination - great inspiration photos, Lisa!
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of blue any time of year. Beautiful images, Lisa. Hope you and your family have a happy fourth!
ReplyDeleteThese rooms look wonderful but personally I wouldn't decorate our home in red, white and blue. From your images it looks like it would work well at the beach.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Fourth holiday Lisa!

Debra~
I am a fan of this color combination and no matter how I try, always gravitate towards pairing these colors in the summer. Doing so in a way that's not themey seems to be the key. The spaces you shared offer such fresh takes on such a classic! Thanks for the inspiration, and Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! And how about that painted blue floor?!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images! Hope you enjoyed your 4th!

ReplyDeleteWhat a versatile color combo! These images are all so different yet I love each one!
ReplyDeleteGosh. what beautiful colours.. I love how dark grey looks here.. but am a bit nervous to try it out in my home... Somehow.. I've always thought that darker colours makes the house look smaller.. Don't you think?
ReplyDeleteI think its safe to say that Navy is always "IN" :) I'm a believer!
